Aged Community Care Team
65+ years of age
Our older adult mental health community team offer a variety of care pathways tailored to unique needs. We work with the individual and their family/carer/supporters to provide appropriate treatment and support based around personal goals to maintain wellness.
Aged Acute Unit
Short term inpatient care (65+ years of age)
We provide short term inpatient care for older people who are needing an assessment and/or treatment for a mental illness or psychological distress.
Aged Residential Care
Long term inpatient care (65+ years of age)
We provide residential care for older people who are needing ongoing mental health and wellbeing support.
