Consumer Reference Groups
At Grampians Health we value the views our consumers. To ensure we hear your voices, Consumer Reference Groups (CRGs) have been established at multiple locations across the region. Through representation, these groups provide a formal way to communicate with us.
Overview
CRG members support our health service through:
- implementing the Grampians Health Partnering with Consumers Framework [LINK] to meet National Standards and Accreditation requirements
- co-designing responses and possible solutions to our healthcare service issues and challenges
- testing and providing feedback on consumer resources
The CRGs report directly to our Partnering with Consumers Governance Committee, which has a reporting line to the Board’s Quality & Safety Committee. The CRGs are supported by our Quality team.
