Accounts, fees & payments

Invoices payable to Grampians Health will be sent to your nominated contact address.  

Payments can be paid in person, over the phone, or through the BPAY details provided on your invoice.  

Office hours for payments are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. 

Paying in person

Payments in person can be made at: 

  • Ballarat: Cashiers Office at the Ballarat Base Hospital (Drummond Street entrance), Gardiner Pittard ground floor 
  • Horsham/Dimboola: Front Reception of Wimmera Base Hospital, 83 Baillie Street, Horsham 
  • Stawell: Front Reception of Stawell Hospital (Building A), 27-29 Sloane Street, Stawell 
  • Edenhope: Front Reception of Edenhope Hospital - 128/124-134 Elizabeth Street, Edenhope 

Paying over the phone

Payments can be made over the phone by contacting the Cashiers Office on (03) 5320 6960 (Option 1, then Option 1). We accept payment by cheque, cash, EFTPOS, and credit card (American Express excluded).
