Referral process

Referrals for routine appointments:

Ballarat

  • Via Health Link/Argus or Fax 03 5320 4822; or
  • Call the gynaecology nurse specialist on 0428 863 773

Urgent cases must be discussed with the Gynaecology Registrar on-call on 03 5320 4000

If you are a referring doctor/GP, please call to obtain appropriate prioritisation. Please follow this call by faxing an urgent referral letter to 03 5320 4822.

Horsham

GP referrals are required to access the clinic, and all referrals can be sent to:

Stawell

GP referrals are required to access the clinic, and all referrals can be sent via fax to 03 5358 8543.

Referral criteria

Please either order or attach relevant ultrasound or blood test results with the referral. Referrals may be rejected without relevant investigations and correspondence.
