Who we care for
We provide access to specialist mental health services to Grampians communities. This is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week referral service.
Please call 000 if you are:
- in an emergency
- worried about your safety
- worried about the safety of someone else
What you can expect
Once a referral is received, an experienced mental health clinician will perform an assessment. They will ask questions to determine how we can best help. They will also assess the nature and urgency of the required response.
The triage clinician will speak with the person being referred whenever possible.
Outcomes may include a referral to our community teams, or a referral to more appropriate support and wellbeing services.
