Staff Hub

4 Steps to get connected

Use your personal device to stay connected with Grampians Health, and make your workday smoother, wherever you are.

You can now access work systems and information straight from your mobile device. It's easy, secure, and super convenient.

At Grampians Health, we use Microsoft 365 apps to communicate, collaborate, and manage documents on the go (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Outlook)

SharePoint is our secure internal intranet - it's your gateway to all of our systems and processes.

The website (where you're reading this) is public-facing, so you need to set yourself up with security features to access work information.

1. Check that you can log in

You will need to log into work systems using your staff login.

If you know your login and password, go to Step 2.

If you don't know how to log in, it is easiest to get started while you're onsite at work.

If you've forgotten your password, next time you're in at work access a computer and reset it by visiting  IT Training and Support "Password Self Service" (only available via SharePoint)

2. Install Microsoft Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal device (e.g. mobile phone). It is required for two-step verification when accessing work information.

NOTE: This is a free application, if prompted to purchase you may have selected the incorrect authentication app from your application store.

3. Install Microsoft 365 Apps

M365 Apps

Install the Microsoft 365 Apps you'd like to use on your mobile device.

The apps are free to install, secure and do not access personal data, photos or messages.

  • SharePoint: Access systems, news, and documents
  • Outlook: manage your emails and calendar
  • Viva Engage: connect with colleagues and work groups
  • Teams: share files, join meetings
  • One Drive: store and access your files

4. Seek training & support

Visit the Grampians Learning Hub. In your ‘Find Learning’ search Digital Skills Program for the full M365 training suite.

Your IT Training and Support also contains many helpful training resources.
