Concerns and complaints
You are the focus of our efforts. If we didn't do it well, let us know.
If you have any concerns about your care, speak with your healthcare team, this could be a senior nurse, doctor or manager. It’s important we hear from you as soon as possible to address any issues you may be facing.
You know yourself or the person you care for best. Tell us if you have a serious concern about your condition or notice a worrying change by contacting REACH, 1800 298 626. If you need medical advice or immediate treatment, contact your GP or call 000.
Sharing your thoughts is safe, confidential, and will not affect the care or services you receive. Every comment is treated with respect and responded to in a timely and courteous manner. We follow the Complaint Handing Standards when responding to all feedback.
Your feedback helps us to identify areas for improvement.
Do you have authority?
- When submitting a complaint on behalf of another living person, we are required to verify with that person that you can speak on their behalf.
- Where a complaint relates to the care of a person who has since died, we are only authorised to manage the complaint with the Next of Kin.
