Working in close collaboration with the Department of Health, the Grampians Public Health Unit (GPHU) helps to lead a regional approach to health protection by strengthening population health strategy and outcomes. 

Our work in this space is underpinned by the Grampians Region Population Health Plan.

Grampians Region Population Health Plan

The Grampians Region Population Health Plan (GRPHP) 2023-2029 begins with a vision for the people of our region: that we together achieve the best health and well-being outcomes possible, and that progress towards that goal is made each year.
