Cardiology Specialist Clinic

We care for adults needing a specialist cardiologist opinion. If you have several medical conditions, we can advise your GP or general physician about heart issues. 

You'll have an initial assessment and a follow-up visit if needed. If your condition is stable, your GP can handle routine appointments. 

The most common heart conditions we treat include: 

• ischaemic heart disease – when the heart doesn't get enough blood due to factors like smoking, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure 
• abnormal heart rhythm – when the heart beats too fast, too slow, or irregularly 
• heart valve problems 
• cardiac failure – when the heart doesn't pump properly 

We generally don't treat patients already seeing a private cardiologist or another public hospital, to ensure continuity of care.

• Thursday afternoon - Rapid Access Atrial Fibrillation 
• Friday morning - Rodney Reddy (alternates to Wednesday morning 1 in 4) 
• Friday morning - Vish Turaga and Dinesh Natarajan alternate weeks 

• A referral from your GP is required.
