Community Rehabilitation
Community rehabilitation services are multidisciplinary goal directed and time-limited interventions after an accident, injury or illness with persistent impairments impacting on function.
Who we care for
We help adults who have neurological, orthopaedic, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations or major trauma.
What you can expect
We work with you and your family to help achieve your goals. The team may include rehabilitation specialists in medical, allied health and nursing.
We have programs available at three of our locations. Services may be delivered at our campus, or in your community or home.
